• If you belong to China/Australia/New Zealand/Thailand, you can deposit fees by paypal.
• Authors from India cannot pay by paypal, you can deposit fees by choosing anyone of following options:

Depositing the amount directly to the nearby bank branch to the account which mentioned in acceptance mail. Through Net banking also you can transfer amount to the account which mentioned in acceptance mail.

• Rest of the countires can use paypal
• Other countries people can also use western union money transfer/paypal
